CAN Freedom Outreach

Let’s make history together! The largest sporting event in history is coming to Houston.

You are invited to Vida City Church on June 6th, 10am, for CAN’s World Cup outreaches called #PrayShareFind. These safe, effective, multi-agency community mobilizations are simultaneously deploying volunteer teams from 25 churches, 11 states, in all FIFA host regions. The outreaches have helped find more than 9,400 missing and exploited children since 2021. With over half a million Houston tickets and a multiplied human influx, the demand for human trafficking will increase.

What happens? Volunteers are trained and deployed to local transit and travel industry businesses. Their employees are given the resources to respond to missing children and signs of human trafficking they encounter at work. This begins an ongoing effort in conjunction with government agencies and government-funded nonprofits.
